YOUR LITTLE SHOP, ON YOUR DEVICE
Privacy policy.
Piglet Nook is an offline game. This policy explains what the game stores locally, what this website receives when you visit, and what happens when you contact support.
Effective September 16, 2026 · Current offline version
01. Principles for processing information
We handle information in a lawful, fair, and limited way. We collect or use only what is reasonably needed to operate Piglet Nook, provide this website, answer support requests, and protect those services.
The current game does not require an account or sign-in. You can play its core features offline.
02. Information we may collect or process
Game data stored on your device
The app stores the information needed to continue your little shop: counter items and positions, orders, chapter progress, game coins, decorations, daily task progress, reward claims, tutorial progress, and sound, haptic, and motion preferences. This information remains in the app’s local storage. It is not uploaded to Piglet Nook.
Website connection data
When you visit this website, the hosting service may receive ordinary connection information such as your IP address, requested page, time of the request, browser information, and security log details. This information is used to deliver the pages and protect the hosting service. Hosting providers may retain operational logs under their own policies.
Support email
If you email [email protected], we receive your email address, message, and any files you choose to attach. Please include only information needed for your request. An app version and iOS version can help us investigate a problem.
03. How we use information
We may use information to:
- keep Piglet Nook’s local game features working;
- deliver and secure this website;
- respond to support and privacy questions;
- investigate bugs or service problems described in a support message;
- meet applicable legal or security requirements.
The current game has no advertising, analytics, attribution, social sign-in, coupon-redemption service, or in-app purchases. It does not transmit gameplay events, game coins, or local save files to us.
04. Third-party services
The current Piglet Nook app does not include advertising, analytics, attribution, crash-reporting, social-sign-in, or other third-party data SDKs. It does not make game-service network requests.
This website uses a hosting provider to serve its pages. Support email is provided through Gmail by Google. When you use the website or send an email, those providers process connection or message information within their own services and policies.
The app may be included in Apple-managed device backups when your device settings allow it. Piglet Nook does not operate its own cloud-save service or cross-device account recovery.
05. Storage, retention, and protection
Local game progress
Game progress remains on your device until the app’s data is removed. Deleting the app removes its local game data; offloading may retain it. The app keeps a local backup of a previously valid save to help with recovery. Local storage and backups cannot guarantee that every action will always be recoverable.
Support correspondence
Support messages are kept for as long as needed to answer the request, troubleshoot the reported issue, and meet applicable recordkeeping or legal obligations. You may ask us to review, correct, or delete information you sent by email. We may need to verify the request before acting.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures for the services we control. No device, network, storage system, or email transmission can guarantee complete protection.
07. Your choices and rights
You can play without creating an account. You can remove local game data by deleting the app, subject to copies in device backups that you manage through Apple’s settings. You can choose whether to contact support and what information to include.
Subject to applicable law, you may ask about, access, correct, or delete personal information you provided in a support message by emailing [email protected].
Permissions and tracking
The current app does not request access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or advertising identifier. It does not use tracking permission prompts.
08. Children’s privacy
Piglet Nook does not ask players to create a profile, provide personal information, or join public chat. If a child has sent personal information to support and a parent or guardian wants it reviewed or deleted, please contact us.
09. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the app, website, or support practices change. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated with a material revision. A future feature that changes information practices will be described before it becomes available, together with any required choices or permissions.
