User agreement.

01. Scope of this agreement

This User Agreement applies to your access to and use of the Piglet Nook app, its game content, local features, updates, and support website. By downloading, launching, or using Piglet Nook, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these terms.

Nothing in this agreement removes consumer rights that cannot lawfully be limited.

02. Game content and service

Piglet Nook is a casual mobile game built around light tapping, merging matching treats, fulfilling neighborly orders, clearing flour, and decorating a little shop. Current features include:

• 20 story chapters followed by the endless Cozy Days mode;
• free treat production, tap or drag merging, item movement, delivery, recycling, and chapter rewards;
• daily tasks and game-coin rewards;
• a coin shop for in-game supplies and decorations;
• local progress saved on the device.

The current version works offline, does not require an account, contains no advertising or coupon-redemption service, and has no paid purchases. Feature availability may vary in a later version if these terms and the related privacy information are updated.

03. User rules

When using Piglet Nook, you must comply with applicable laws and use the app for its intended entertainment purpose. You may not:

• use cheats, bots, scripts, automation, or other tools to interfere with normal gameplay;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code except where applicable law permits it;
• modify the app, its local data, or its content to create an unauthorised advantage;
• attack, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the website, app distribution, or related services;
• copy, redistribute, or present Piglet Nook content as your own.

Where permitted by law, we may restrict support or access to related services when conduct materially harms the app, website, or other users.

04. Game items, coins, and rewards

Game coins, treats, chapter rewards, daily rewards, supplies, and decorations are features of Piglet Nook. They are stored for use within the game, are not transferable between players, and have no value outside the game.

Game coins are earned through gameplay and daily activities and may be spent only on the items shown in the in-game coin shop. The current version offers no paid purchases.

Local progress can be affected by deleting the app, losing a device, storage damage, or a failed save. The app keeps a local backup where possible, but uninterrupted storage and recovery cannot be guaranteed.

05. Intellectual property

Piglet Nook’s software, interface, text, illustrations, sounds, animations, data, designs, name, and branding belong to Piglet Nook or the relevant rights holders. Except where applicable law permits it or we give written permission, you may not copy, modify, distribute, lease, sublicense, publicly perform, or create derivative works from this content.

You retain rights in information you choose to send to support. By sending a message or attachment, you give us permission to use it only as reasonably needed to answer the request, investigate the reported issue, and protect the service.

06. Service changes, suspension, and termination

We may adjust chapters, game balance, local features, or website content to maintain, improve, or secure the service. We may temporarily suspend a feature for maintenance, technical issues, legal requirements, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

You may stop using Piglet Nook at any time. Deleting the app removes its local game data, subject to copies that may exist in your device backups.

07. Minors

If you are a minor, please review this agreement with a parent or legal guardian and use the app with their guidance. Guardians should supervise a minor’s device use and any support messages sent from their email account.

08. Availability and limitation of liability

We use reasonable efforts to keep Piglet Nook and this website available. Mobile devices, operating systems, storage, networks, email providers, hosting services, and events outside our control can affect availability or saved progress.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Piglet Nook is not responsible for indirect loss, delay, or data loss caused by your device, deleting the app, device backup settings, unsupported modifications, or third-party services. Nothing here limits responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.

09. Updates to this agreement

We may update this agreement when the game, website, legal requirements, or operating practices change. The effective date will be updated when a material revision is published. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised agreement to the extent allowed by applicable law.

10. Governing law and contact

This agreement is governed by applicable law. Any dispute should first be addressed through friendly consultation. If consultation does not resolve it, either party may seek a remedy from a court with lawful jurisdiction.
